Please take the time to read this entire manual before bringing your horses in world. This horse is one of the most unique breedables available in SL at this time, and ABC wants you to enjoy every facet of this incredible animal.

::OVERVIEW::

These, like real life horses, must be fed and cared for or they will become sick and eventually die.

The ABC Shops carry all the various food, consumable, and medical supplies. Including a resurrection orb, this can be used to bring back a horse that dies from lack of food.

ABC foals are born live and they must be with their mothers for nourishment during their first three days (ages 0-2). At age three (3) they begin to eat on their own. Between the age of seven (7) and ninety your horses are eligible to race, as long as they haven’t bred.

ABC horses can be trained. There are numerous events they can participate in. Take a tour of your menu, testing out all the wonderful features available for further enjoyment of your awesome horse.

::GENERAL::

Salt Licks are needed for happiness and should always be available to your horses.

ABC sells a rifle that can only work on your own horses. Resurrection will not revive a horse shot by its owner.

Life Cycle

Horse life cycle is from 0 to 140 days. At 141 days the horse will become a pet that can still be ridden & renamed, but no longer requires food and cannot be bred. With the exception of starter horses which will at age 141, automatically change to a deactivated horse and give you 140 cloud ranch points.

Mating (The following is required for mating to occur)

100% Passion for male and female

75% Hunger or above for male and female

75% Happy or above for male and female

Male and female must be within set range to mate (set in menu by Owner).

Once mated they will stay mated until you separate the mating through the menu, or pregnancy occurs. When the female becomes pregnant both male and female passion will be 0%. She will be pregnant for three days; he will begin to gain passion. Their mated bond will break.

Recovery Time from Birth

Females will take three (3) days to recover from birthing, during this time she will be feeding her baby. If she should have a Mule or the foal is Cloud Ranched, she will still have to go through the 3 day recovery period.

Sickness

When your horses "Full" reaches 0% you have forty eight (48) hours to use a Med Kit before death occurs. If the horse has lost connection to the server it will continually try again to reconnect to the server, if after 8 hours it is unable to, the horses hover text will turn red. If you see red hover text the owner needs to re-rezz the horse. If a caretaker notices red hover text they can submit a ticket for investigation.

Resurrection

Resurrection brings back a dead horse and gives fifty (50) % hunger back. No other stats or traits return to previous settings. All settings have to be re-set by the Owner. This applies for a dead horse only. NOTE: If a horse has been shot this procedure will not work.
